Hettula Oy’s industries include waste management services, sewer work (opening, washing and imaging of drains), pallet and pallet transport, towing service, wheeled machine and excavator work and passenger transport. The company has its own waste utilization and recycling station.

The company operates mainly in Kittilä municipality and the Tunturi Lapland region. The customer base consists of private people, companies, municipalities and government institutions. Hettula Oy carries out regular emptying of household waste and cesspools, emptying of construction waste and garbage pallets, as well as rentals. The company is also part of the REDGO chain and provides towing services 24 hours a day. The taxi’s place of business is in Kittilä’s church village, and from time to time the emergency room is in Levi.
